Andrzej Kucharski

Graduated from the Ceramics and Glass Faculty of the State School of Fine Arts (presently, the E. Geppert Academy of Art and Design) in Wrocław, Poland, 1987.


He has received an award from the Mayor of Świdnica for his artistic achievements in the field of culture, 2010.

He has participated in 9 individual exhibitions in Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands, and in more than 60 international group exhibitions in Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Russia, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Japan, Finland, Spain, and Sweden, including Glass Now 16th, Tokyo, Hamamatsu, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka – Japan, 1994; Glass Now 17th, Tokyo, Hamamatsu, Nagoya, Osaka – Japan, 1995.

His works are in the collections of the Contemporary Glass Art Museum of Alcorcón, MAVA, Alcorcón, Spain; the National Museum in Wrocław; the Museum in Sosnowiec, Poland; and in private collections in Poland and abroad.

Since 2009 he has been running the Moya Gallery in Wrocław with his wife, Magdalena Kucharska.
